Briliant.

To be honest I am not sure how I feel about this range, I am sort of put off buying it as Topshop are primarily a clothing brand and I can't see their makeup being to the highest of standards but I will give it a go and report back. ♥

Photoshoot

Today we did our photoshoot to go alongside the article 'Just say Neigghhh' for the magazine that I and my group are creating for uni!

Here is the moodboard devised for the shoot. Inspiration has been taking from Effy from Skins and the general underground party scene.

Hello Summer ♥

This little beauty from Topshop has pushed my summer excitement to the next level....



I'm spending a month of my summer in the USA travelling the East and West coasts, however... i most definitely want to fit an English summer fete in before i leave!!

As i turned 21 today I thought I would write down 21 things I want to do in the next 21 years of my life.

8. Go to a festival
9. Go skiing
10. Start a family
11. Buy a house

13. Visit America again
14. Visit Thailand
15 Visit my sister in China
16. Take my mum somewhere amazing to show her how amazing she is
17. Sit front row at a fashion week (ha)
18. Mingle with some amazing stars
19. Go travelling
20. Skydive for alzheimer's (the disease which consumed and killed my father)
21. Show and tell the people who I love so much, just how much I love them for the next 21 years.

Self Promotion

One of my projects this year for Uni is self promotion... this begins with designing a logo. After probably around a weeks worth of hours spent on photoshop, researching logo's, bugging anyone and everyone about my designs and what they think about them and whether they represent me i have FINALLY created MY logo.



Obviously MJG are my initials- Megan Joanne Grant. The font represents organisation, efficiency with a streak of playfulness, creativity and it's slightly cheeky. (like me) The colours are chosen because to look at im quite clean, i wear a lot of black and white, but it's not boring, hence the pink, it's a burst of colour showing the exciting side to my clothing but also my bright bubbly personality.

Now i just need to find a way to apply it to this blog...... ♥
